At CA Furniture, we offer shipping to Montreal, Laval, Lasalle, and Dorval cities only. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days. We use trusted and reliable shipping carriers to ensure your furniture arrives in a timely and safe manner.
For orders within Montreal, Laval, Lasalle, and Dorval cities, we offer free shipping on orders over $500. For orders under $500, a shipping fee will apply based on the weight and size of the product(s) ordered.
Please note that we do not offer shipping to areas outside of Montreal, Laval, Lasalle, and Dorval cities at this time. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
At CA Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your furniture purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product(s) are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product(s).
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition and issue a refund minus any shipping fees and restocking fees, if applicable.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Please note that customized or special-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
